Restaurant partner terms

These terms apply to the Restaurant partner packages on this page. Completing checkout enters you into the programme and accepts them.

  1. Honour the discountApply your agreed discount to any guest showing a valid Tourtlee code, for the whole subscription period. No minimum spend or excluded days unless agreed in writing.
  2. Serve Tourtlee guests like any otherSame tables, menu, prices and service. Refusing them or giving them a lesser experience is a breach.
  3. Removal without noticeWe may suspend or remove a partner immediately, without warning, for repeated complaints, refusal to honour the code, or conduct that damages Tourtlee. No refund for the remaining period.
  4. No guaranteed volumeYou buy priority, not a number of guests or a level of revenue. Results depend on season, demand and your area.
  5. Keep your details accurateCorrect hours, address, phone and code, updated whenever they change. Outdated details may lead to suspension until corrected.
  6. No exclusivityWe work with several restaurants per area. Your tier sets your priority among them, at any level.
  7. Term and cancellationTwelve months from payment, renewing automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation applies at the end of the paid period, which is not refunded.
  8. Programme changesWe may adjust how the programme works. Material changes are announced in advance and prices already paid are unaffected.
  9. PaymentsHandled by Stripe. Prices exclude 24% VAT; the VAT-inclusive total appears at checkout. Invoice issued by HALF PRICE TOURS I.K.E.
  10. Governing lawGreek law, courts of Rhodes. A business-to-business agreement between the partner and HALF PRICE TOURS I.K.E.
